Tipro was founded in 2004 and specialises in the R&D, production and service of special-grade titanium alloy materials for 3D printing, additive manufacturing, medical, aerospace and oil & gas applications. Our titanium wire and bar products are engineered for plasma atomisation, gas atomisation, plasma deposition printing and other high-end aerospace and medical processes.
What We Do
We deliver an integrated titanium supply chain — from melting and forging to rolling, wire drawing, testing and machining — under one roof, giving our customers full traceability and consistent quality.
Aerospace

Titanium bars, billets, blocks, plates and forged rings for engines, turbines and airframe structures.

Medical

ISO 13485 certified titanium bars, wires and plates for implants and dental applications.

Industrial

Titanium products with superior corrosion resistance for chemical processing, marine and oil & gas.

Additive Manufacturing

Low-oxygen titanium wire and bar for spherical powder and WAAM / EB additive processes.

3D Printing raw material

Titanium has high strength to density ratio, and is corrosion resistant. It is biocompatible and has good bioadhesion and is hence useful in surgical implants. Titanium is expensive. Traditionally, manufacturers have incurred significant losses by the titanium wasted during manufacturing. Titanium 3D printers rule these out by reducing wastage to a minimum.

3D printed titanium parts have been most enthusiastically received in the aviation industry
